What are your business hours? We are open 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Weekends and Public Holidays.
How can I pay for my order? You can make payment via Card, Cash, Electronic Funds Transfer, Cheque.
Do you save information for repeat orders? We value returning customers. We will retain order/engraving details for quick and efficient repeat orders.
How long will my order take to complete? The ordering and assembly of trophies is a difficult and time-consuming process. Whilst we strive to finish orders quickly and efficiently, we require 2 weeks' notice to guarantee your order will be finished on time.
What format do you require artwork to be sent in? An EPS file is our preferred format for artwork. We understand that some artwork is only available to you in certain formats and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Will I get a proof of my artwork for an award? For Corporate Awards, Gifts and complex logos, we will send a sample layout of your award to your contact email for approval. Logos and spelling require approval before we can commence engraving.
What if there is an error with my order? If an error occurs with your order, let us know and we will rectify it as soon as possible. Errors made by our team are fixed free of charge.
